Linda Norman

BPsych. MCom


Linda has over 20 years’ experience in the discipline of human resources management.


She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Psychology and has completed a Masters of Commerce at Melbourne University.

 

Prior to her consulting career, she held several senior human resource roles within the Wesfarmers Group, the National Farmers’ Federation, and the Australian Federal Police.

 

Over more recent years, as a founding partner of HR Plus, Linda has consulted to a wide range of small and large organisations including government, sporting, professional services, arts, manufacturing, construction, technology, rural and not-for-profits. Many of her clients are industry leaders.


Linda supports organisational and private clients in a range of areas including strategic human resource management, recruitment, conflict management, change management, performance management, training and development and career planning.

Martin Coleman

Martin is the  CEO and Founder of Your Age Advantage. He is an experienced business leader with a commanding track record at achieving steady organic growth and expanding company/organisation opportunities.
 
Martin has a deep interest in helping establish unique marketing and branding that generates strong revenue and creates many new business opportunities.

He has a high competency in new product development showing clients how to identify uncontested market space that makes current competition irrelevant and is especially equipped to assist senior executives as special counsel and advisor, building teamwork and strengthening company
culture.

Martin understands what it takes to run a business, as for over two decades he has run several businesses including an integrated, digital advertising consultancy and a social media agency assisting start-ups to ASX listed companies. He has also worked closely with Government, large corporations, primary utilities and peak industry associations separately and together to shape and influence government direction and decision-making.
